2. Analyst AJ Promotion measured value of the apartment and contacted in order to present the initial offer. (Remember, we do a maximum of 80% of the market price, not the average price of the portals with announcements of sales of apartments.)
3. You accept the indicative valuation and arrange to view the property. 
4. On the same day you receive from us a final offer 
5. After negotiations and mutual acceptance of money, we sign a preliminary contract and pay your down payment.  
6. You deliver us the original documents.
7. We sign the notarial deed of sale of the apartment. 
8. We transfer the money to your account. 

How much is it?

What is different from the usual PURCHASE sell the apartment. 


SOMETIMES - selling your property we receive the money after few days of first contact. When you sell on the open market you will get the money after a few months or even a year. 


MONEY - by selling to us you will receive 80% of the market value of the property. Please note that the free market in the event of prolonged and additional transaction costs or falling prices can not get the money.
